The 5.11 Tactical® Waterproof Rain Pants have a fully seam-sealed construction with waterproof/breathable engineering. Its dual layer resistance to moisture penetration allows moisture vapor inside the pants to pass through the 100% nylon face for maximum breathability. The ankle zippers allow you to put the pants on without taking off your boots and there are pass-through openings to allow you access to your pockets on your regular pants.
