This is a military M-16 Pouch with both the BTS attachment system and Alice clips for up to 2 1/4" military pistol belts. We have replaced the old "pinch clip" with an adjustable side release buckle for maximum pouch usage other than 3 M-16 or 2 M-14 magazines.
