Clip in quick, stay safe. The BlackHawk PRL is designed to act as a personal lanyard when operating from helos, ships, or dangerous heights. Can be used by attaching locking carabiners to each end. One side clips to your CQB belt or rappel harness, the other end attaches to anything solid to keep you from falling. Designed with tubular webbing and internal "shock cord" to keep it short and easy to use. Five bartacks on each end secure internal shock cord, and create "biner" loops. Caution: Test, practice, and be aware of capabilities prior to "real world" use. Each situation and weight load requires proper planning and testing. Do not assume! Holds about half a ton. Used by super photographer Jim Bonis on those helo action shots to keep fun-loving SEAL's from pushing him out of the chopper into the ocean.
